What is the Returns Policy?
Items purchased from the shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are unworn with the labels attached.
Can I Cancel an order I have placed?
Of course, We understand that you might change your mind, if you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 48 hours of order (unless of course you have requested faster dispatch, in which case your item might already be on its way to you and therefore the refund procedure will apply).
Made to Order Items
If I have worked with you to create a bespoke item, then I do not offer refunds, an exchange or credit might be possible, but I would prefer to work with you to create the perfect item for your occasion.
What is your policy for Sale items?
Any items offered on sale will not eligible for refunds, unless they are found to be faulty.
Am I able to exchange a fascinator for a different colour/style?
If you are not happy with your item, then we are happy to offer an exchange.

Online payment is made via credit card or PayPal and protected by the facilities these vendors offer. We personally do not store any credit card or payment details on the website.
