What is the Returns Policy?


Items purchased from the shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are unworn with the labels attached. To return a product, please contact fabulousfascinatorsuk@gmail.com and we will send you the relevant instructions for return. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer is responsible for any postage for any items returned. Postage will be refunded if an item is found to be faulty. Once an item is received back, providing it is in the same condition with labels attached, a refund will be issued.




Can I Cancel an order I have placed?


Of course, We understand that you might change your mind, if you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 48 hours of order (unless of course you have requested faster dispatch, in which case your item might already be on its way to you and therefore the refund procedure will apply).




Made to Order Items


If I have worked with you to create a bespoke item, then I do not offer refunds, an exchange or credit might be possible, but I would prefer to work with you to create the perfect item for your occasion.




What is your policy for Sale items?


Any items offered on sale will not eligible for refunds, unless they are found to be faulty.




Am I able to exchange a fascinator for a different colour/style?


If you are not happy with your item, then we are happy to offer an exchange. You must notify us of your intention to exchange your item within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 14 days. Additional postage fees incurred as a result of exchanging will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All products for sale at Fabulous Fascinators are handmade and whilst every effort is made to ensure consistency in size, form and colour, some small variations may occur. We hope you will be satisfied with your handmade unique item and the care and attention that has gone into making it.




What are the payment terms for buying online?


Online payment is made via credit card or PayPal and protected by the facilities these vendors offer. We personally do not store any credit card or payment details on the website.




Processing/Shipping


Almost all of the fascinators and corsages in my shop are made to order. Processing time for orders is generally 3-5 working days before shipping, however if you are in a rush for an item, please get in touch and I will do my best to accomodate.
